August 2014: Geoff's compelling photo of a terrier was featured as 'Picture of the Week' in the Sunday Times.
Geoff's painting 'In Dreams' has really caught the eye of Saatchi Art. It was shortlisted in June 2014 in a Saatchi Showdown, and selected in April 2014 as a featured work in the 'Affordable Originals for $2000 and Under Collection' on Saatchi Art's homepage. You can see the collection here:
In March 2013, Geoff Francis was judged as the winner in the 'Close Up Coast' category in the Jurassic Coast Photography Award 2013, for his photograph 'Chance Encounter in Kimmeridge', which will be shown at exhibitions in the Jurassic Coast area during April, May and June 2013.
Again in March 2013, Geoff was shortlisted in the Thames 21 Photography Award. Shortlisted and winning photographs were displayed at an exhibition at the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich 5th April - 30th April 2013 and the Millers House cafe, Bromley-by-Bow in May 2013.

Geoff's abstract painting 'Nature's Reclamation' was shortlisted in the August 2013 'Back to Nature' showdown. Nearly 4000 people submitted work.
In May 2013, Geoff's photograph 'Reflections in Time' was shortlisted in the Saatchi Showdown 'Bright Lights Big City'. The photo was so popular that it got more than 2300 views in the first fortnight.
It was also selected as a Finalist in October 2013 in FANN13 Festival of Architecture photography competition, Norwich
His surreal painting 'Blind Cheetah with a Human Skin Coat' was just one of 300 selected out of more than 2200 entries in the first round of the Saatchi Surreal Showdown (July 2012).
His painting 'Imagine No John Lennon' won through to the second, juried, round of the Saatchi Abstract Showdown (March 2012), one of just 300 chosen from an initial 3300 entrants.
